Dwelo is bringing home automation to apartment communities. Our software, hardware, and service platform enables the owners and managers of multifamily properties to offer smart homes as an amenity to their residents while simultaneously improving the efficiency of their operations. Dwelo smart apartments are live in over a dozen markets and counting. We are a small team making a lot happen, we are the leaders in this space while taking on some big names, and we are on track for a billion dollar outcome.

YOUR MISSION

As an inventory manager you are responsible for ordering and managing the company's inventory levels and movement across the country. You will be responsible for managing stock levels in each of the Dwelo offices. You will coordinate all drop shipments from our suppliers to our customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that our physical counts, company-wide, match our virtual counts. Every week you'll review forecasts against stock levels and place orders with our suppliers. You will be responsible for the accuracy and presentation of inventory data & metrics to the COO of the company. You will be responsible for processing all returned device. We're looking for star players who take deep pride in their clerical and organization skills.

OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keep 100% accurate, real-time records of all inventory transactions

  • Ensure we have the inventory we need, when we need it across all Dwelo offices and customer projects

  • Regulate stock levels to ensure Dwelo has as little cash tied up in inventory as possible

  • Process inventory returned from the field for re-purpose or return to manufacturer every week

  • Regularly enforce technician truck count accuracy

  • Ensure Dwelo works effectively with our vendors and suppliers

  • Manage the hub component supply chain (overseas and domestic)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Compensation $35k - $40k / annual (DOE)
